What we collect
Account details, campaign participation, answers, timestamp notes, consent choices, and operational events needed to keep rooms safe and reliable.
This page explains the information Tuunes stores to run listening rooms, return useful results to artists, and recognize participating fans. It is a plain-language product notice, not a substitute for legal advice.

This policy text is reconstructed from deployment HTML evidence and backend data contracts. It is an editable baseline, not authoritative legal counsel, and requires formal review before launch.
Account details, campaign participation, answers, timestamp notes, consent choices, and operational events needed to keep rooms safe and reliable.
Artists can see the feedback attached to their own campaign according to the campaign plan and moderation rules. Other artists and ordinary visitors cannot browse private responses.
Fan Settings lets you control profile visibility, Artist Circle invitations, release reminders, artist replies, and product updates. You can export your account record or submit a deletion request from the same page.
Tuunes is designed to keep records only while they support the product, safety, support, or an artist campaign relationship. Retention timing is still managed as a beta operational policy. Private audio URLs, invite tokens, and provider credentials are excluded from account exports and are never used as ordinary analytics data.
For privacy requests or corrections, use the account privacy controls while signed in and include the account email in any support conversation.
Use the recovered account-data actions only for your signed-in account. Export data is displayed here; deletion remains a request for support confirmation.
