This policy text is reconstructed from deployment HTML evidence and backend data contracts. It is an editable baseline, not authoritative legal counsel, and requires formal review before launch.
Confirm that you control the recording or have permission from the artist, label, producer, contributors, and any other rights holders whose work is included.
Your permission must cover Tuunes storage, controlled playback to the invited audience, collection of feedback, and the campaign retention period you choose.
Do not upload leaked material, third-party music without permission, personal data, malware, or content that violates another person’s rights.
If you believe a file is unauthorized, contact Tuunes support with the campaign link and the basis for your request. We may restrict playback while the report is reviewed.
